The Plunge - Prologue

The thought of writing a book was always on minds and it's the Imposter Syndrome that held me back all the while. 

This will be a chronicle of my Professional Journey as an independent consultant, trainer and adviser. I plan to keep this simple, non-preachy and as candid as possible. As I am writing this, and not a ghost-writer (you will be amazed to know, how many of such offers exist and that is an industry by itself) the tone and the language might feel a little raw at times and there will be few boring phases as well !!

You will also realise that the chapters are not in any chronological order and not in recognizable names from a professional perspective. While these are not intentional, I have mostly relied on the notes I have made (in note books, not on computers) throughout my career as a consultant. The books I could lay my hands on, and the thoughts I could gather are in these writing.

Intentionally, I am not mentioning any acquaintances or collaborators as I feel those situation are my biases, circumstances and not a description of anyone involved. Rather than dwelling on the context, I will try to look retrospectively on my learnings and some more biases I built because of them.

The book will be available chapter wise for subscription as I go on writing them. Subscribe to them for life and the chapters can be read one after the other in sequence or even at a random order. The title suggests what might interest you, and it's better to read only those topics. At the end, I intend to publish all chapters as one bundle too, and guess that is a long way to go.

Just like the randomness of the book and my thoughts as of now, there is no planned interval for the chapters and the book. I want to go with the flow and hope you will enjoy it too!!
